Refund Policy
Cancellation / Change of Attendee Policy
The NSEA Events and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to all NSEA events. When you register for the event, you are agreeing to comply with the following cancellation fee schedule:
1. 30+ days = Full refund
2. 14-29 = 50% refund
3. 0-12 days = Ineligible for refund
Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status. In the event NSEA must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, NSEA will refund the cost of registration.
Requests to cancel/transfer registration must be made in writing to homeofficensea@gmail.com. If requesting a transfer of registration please contact homeofficensea@gmail.com.
Invoiced Option
Individuals who have registered for NSEA events but have requested to be invoiced and then canceled registration to attend MUST notify NSEA of cancellation in writing. Failure to submit payment prior to cancellation is NOT proof of cancellation, and you will be held to payment obligations as specified by the date of cancellation. All invoice order payments must be received and/or postmarked by the advertised deadlines in order to receive any early discounted rates on registration fees. Payments postmarked after the deadline will be assessed the later fee.
