From December 2022 to May 2023, the National Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators created a task force to examine what changes institutions implemented during the COVID-19 pandemic to their Federal Work-Study (FWS) programs, what challenges they are facing now as they look to transition back to the original regulations, and what flexibilities may be required for this program to continue to be successful in the future.

Come join Celena Tulloss, Task Force Chair and Mary Young, Task Force Member, as they discuss the work conducted during this time including the recommendations for the Department of Education and Congress on ways to improve and increase the FWS Program.
